Using ACSR Specimens, Colm Keane et al. give us the largest in-depth description of the biology of Primary Central Nervous Lymphoma occurring in patients with AIDS. This disease demonstrates a unique genetic and immunological biology that differs markedly from the same disease in immunocompetent patients. These findings are a first step to help define better targeted therapies for this devastating disease.
